Hi All, I’m wondering if anyone could help me, I have loaded a building into another revit file which also had a site surface associated with it, is there any way to turn off the site in the linked revit in the building file so that only the building will show? I am using revit 2012 if that helps in any way.

In VG select the RVT Links tab. Click on your link and select the Custom button. Select Custom again then move to the Imported Catagories tab.
if that dose work.
Try tabbing on the linked file untill you select the site surface. You can then EH or Element Hide.

Hi all thank you for your help, that was all very helpful, I looked and had a played with a few settings and was able to go in to In VG select the RVT Links tab. Clicked on your link and select the Custom button. Select by linked view and changed the linked view to 3D view, then I had to go into the VG of the building file and turn off the typography VG then loaded it back into the revit file and that worked.
