    Hi,

Try to make the column names match the parameter names or vice versa.

      Hi,
It's not working. I changed parameters name to match columns, cause when I try to change columns name and put it in formula it gives 'invalid input' nonsense.

The names and type of parameters must match the lookup table.
Your formula is looking for a match of two values (ND1 and ND2) in a row, if there is no match, then the default value is substituted.
