PNG into Revit is wrong size

Anyone know why png files in revit are the wrong size. Does this happen to anyone else? I'll have a seal I'm adding to a titleblock that is 1.78" wide and when I bring it into a family it is 2.something. The scale on the image is set to 1. Any reason for this?

As far as I understand it, Revit imports images at 72 dpi no matter what. See this thread for a couple of suggestions:

I never even check what size an image/pdf is when imported, just rescale it along the longest known dimension. Images into revit are sucky anyway!

As my post says in the other thread: open up the image in a photo editor and find out its Original DPI size.
        (lets say its 300dpi)
Once in your project, in the properties changes scale the image up by this factor: =72/Original DPI size
        ( so it would be = 72/300)
        Thats always worked for me
