Good morning to everybody. I'm simona. I'm new to using revit. I am trying to customize a door. I found on the web a similar one to what I need. I modified some elements, the height and the width. Unfortunately, however, I get the word non-standard dimensions, contact sales. I wanted to know if you know how to eliminate or make this tag invisible. Thank you

Customize a door - remove tag from the sales company

It looks like there is a nested family in there that becomes visible when a dimension is not standard. Without seeing the family I thing you can just edit the family, look for that family and delete is. All the underlaying stuff, like formula's will still be there, but the tag would be gone. Not the best way of doing things, but it should work.Company Website: www.deurloobm.nl

100 % Agree with Robin!, but if you want additional help upload the family here and we will take a look to find the problem!Andres Franco - Architect - BIM Coordinator
