Announcement: Changes in the Admin Team.

We regret to inform you that both Aaron and Alfredo has announced their resignation from the RFO Admin Team effective 10/07/2011.

Both Aaron and Alfredo have made significant contributions which have assisted in creating the forum we all enjoy today.

Aaron is a passionate Reviteer whose dedication to assisting others is legendary. A man with a clear vision of both how Revit could be best leveraged as a design tool and also on how RFO could best assist users worldwide.

Alfredo has been instrumental in creating and maintaining some of the threads, and indeed the overall feel, which make RFO special. It was Alf's vision and drive which created the concept of the Post of the Month and the Introduce Yourself threads.

Both Alfredo and Aaron are regular nominees for best post of the month and indeed when we get to it, we are sure that they will figure prominently in the poll for best post of the year.

The admin team on behalf of the entire RFO community wishes to thank both Aaron and Alfredo for their sustained effort over many months.

Now that we are settled in our new server and most of the forum is well established, it is our view that we are hopefully entering a period of consolidation for the forum. As such, the remaining three of us, have agreed that for the moment, we shall share the administration tasks, and thus will not look to add additional administrators currently.

    Ian, Gordon and Klaus.

I would thank both guys for sharing a lot of their knowledge here in RFO. I hope it is not a goodbye, just another step in the life of RFO.

Look forward reading from you soon guys.

I too hope Aaron and Alfredo continue to frequent these forums (although i haven't seen a lot of either lately) I've learnt HEAPS from both of them over the last 3 years, here and elsewhere.

Thanks to you both for all you have given to the Revit community, truly inspirational in expanding knowledge for many, many users of our tool of choice, Revit.

As mdradvies said 'all good things come to an end' and while such a loss may not seem so great it also brings new opportunities...VIVA LA RFO!!!!

Well that sucks. Surely Alf and Aaron will still hang around here.

                    I'll set some bait.
