    Video card error

Have been using an MS Surfacebook 2 with Revit for a couple of years now, no problem. It has a dedicated Nvida card. A couple of days ago Windows did a major update, and now Revit crashes continually with "Video Card error" message. Anyone else getting this, and any thoughts for a solution? thx

In the nvidia settings (rightclick on desktop) you can set up which application to use which card. Set up that Revit always use dedicated graphics. Also download latest driver from nvidia.com, windows installs really old drivers automatically.

It turned out to be a Microsoft issue. I use a Surfacebook 2 with a dedicated nvidia card and have had no probs with Revit or Enscape until now.

Just in the last 48 hrs further Firmware updates for the SurfaceBook 2 have come out and I'm testing those.

Thanks for your suggestions everyone, in any case.

You can roll back this Windows update and check if it caused the problem
