Key note tags disappearing in elevations

Hi all,

I was wondering why my key note tags for my bathroom and kitchen elevations are missing. These elevations are from callouts. Although it seems as the callout plans are fine but the elevations dont have any tags. I have been working on this file and after a co-worker made adjustments to the plans,true north orientation... they disapeared. What could make these tags disappear. Thoughts?

The view is now slightly misaligned with the elements? Maybe? That is really a shot in the dark but that true north change might have been just enough to mess it up.
