Element to Element link in the federated Revit file

Hi, I want to know whether we can establish a link/url in any element which will hotspot the other element related to link within a revit federated file or atleast in the original file.
    Thanks

Depends on exactly what you need. You can copy/ monitor a certain number of categories, but it's limited to things like levels, grids, a few str. elements etc.if you want to have a live(ish) element link.
If you wanted to see data from elements in linked models, such as a family type product url, you can schedule elements with "include linked elements" to show that data in a host project.
There are some dynamo packages (can't remember which atm bc :wine: ) that can read linked element data as well if you are that way inclined.
If you are wanting to link parameter values of the same data types within the same project you can use global parameters.
