Quick Reply box doing weird things

I just noticed this morning after hitting Reply With Quote on a couple of posts, when I start typing in the Quick Reply box below the post quote, it's like my first keystroke drops down a line, and then the second letter keystroke goes back up to the line above that. It's pretty odd.

It only happens when typing after clicking Reply With Quote. Simply typing in a blank Quick Reply box is fine.

Interesting thing!, I've noticed some minor bugs last week like some authorizations for posting or replying, some duplicated responses, but this is new!

Of course I can manually go fix it, but that's cumbersome when you're used to typing fairly quickly like I am.

It appears to work fine in Chrome. One thing I noticed is that in Firefox when I click Reply With Quote, the cursor starts out on the 2nd line down from the quote, meaning you should be able to start typing immediately. In Chrome when doing the same thing, the cursor starts out at the beginning of the quoted portion, so I have to manually click below the quote and hit Enter once to start typing.

But in Firefox if I click somewhere in the text box before typing, then it appears to behave.
