You can install Revit as a trial. After the trial period ends, you can run it as Revit Viewer.

You can use this free online viewer: (to view individual files)

      https://viewer.autodesk.com/

Or you could opt for BIM 360 Docs: (as a complete document management/viewer system for your projects)

Xuver has an online viewer for 3D models. You can convert your RVT file with their plugin, upload it to their online system and then invite multiple people inside your design to walk around your 3D model from anywhere in the world. It won't let you make any amendments inside, but clients and stakeholders will be able to pre-visualize your design and you'll be able to communicate with them by using the built-in interactive features. Essentially it allows others to see the impact of your designs by letting them walk around with you inside! free trial also available at www.xuver.com

When we were audited by Autodesk a while ago, we had a couple of laptops with expired trial versions on and we were told that trials have to be removed or licensed after the end of the trial period. Presumably this would impact on Revit Viewer as Viewer is just the Revit.exe file run with a /viewer parameter.
