Second... er, pre-2005 of... Vectorworks OR Revit? Because it's 2018 you know... ; )
Regardless; a .dwg can come in*, without out much issue, into Revit, whatever it's age (so long as it earlier/aligned) so you shouldn't have an issue - but how it turns out is another story altogether.
Are we talking 2D or 3D here?
