Hello! Real basic - how do I add a parameter to my Grid family (Grid Head Family) to display an additional line for naming the grid line? See the attached image for clarification. I feel like this should be an easy fix but I can't quite find the right solution that isn't 'live text' in the plans.

Seems to work fine with a shared parameter in your grid head family AND the same one in your project as a Project Parameter as Instance of course.
You just end up with a question mark if you do not name the grid, but that can be fixed with making a second grid type with a different grid head I guess.

The short answer, it is unlikely you'll get a desired result for every possible orientation of the grid. For example, at a different scale or when the grids are at angles. You might find a happy medium so it works for this project but you'll end up revisiting it again on the next.
It would be easier (more consistent/reliable) to use a different grid circle/shape (or double line, dashes) to identify a specific purpose or grid type.
