do a search here for "corrugated panels". There have been several threads with several methods of doing what you need to do. I use a curtain wall mullion profile and set up a curtain wall type with mullion spacing to equal the panel shape centers. The resultant curtain wall can be profile edited to create holes for doors or windows.

I just use a regular wall with a hatch pattern that matches the rib config of the panel and a material(render asset) that matches the panel. No need for the 3d shape in my opinion.
