    Visibility of Modelled Component

I've modelled a component in place. It's quite a complicated one for a sort of bay window. I've come back to one of my plan drawings and the modelled component is not showing properly. I have another plan drawing with the same view template which has less notes and dimensions and it shows in that one. I've tried revealing hidden items but that's not showing anything to do with my modelled component. I am at a loss as to how this has happened. I don't want to have to start again with a new duplicated plan because that's time consuming. The image below shows how it looks on the other plan - how it should look:-

The bay window in front of the kitchen sink is perfectly visible. The following image shows how it's suddenly started to look on the plan I'm working on (bearing in mind it has the same view template):-

    Please help.

Well, that's hard to say from just those 2 images but 2 things come to mind:

    1. cut plane
    2. filters

Look at your view template settings, it could very well be that the little tick box behind cut plane or filters is turned off, which makes those settings view specific again.

And even in the one you say is correct, it looks to be off when you compare it to the other windows on the right side something is off with line weight.
And then I have to ask, why did you do the windows as 'model in place' and not as a Window Family?
