Slab edge profile not working when floor edge is a spline

It is very disappointing that this does not work in Revit. Has anyone else run into this issue and are there any workarounds for this? I want to avoid using detail items.

Use arcs for your sketch instead of splines.

Im just curious: How are you planning on dimensioning the spline, for construction?

That's when you hand it over to the engineers and let them figure it out....

It's just schematic. The Civil engineer will be doing that.

Point is, someone has to dimension it. And its going to end up as a series of tangential arcs, and not a spline. Might as well just draw it that way, instead of leaving it up to the engineer to make decisions that affect your design.

                But, Aaron, that's harder... geez.

                  I fixed that for you.
