What's in the Job Contents of the MAJ you brought into CAMduct? Did the MAJ exported from Revit contain duct fittings? Is CAMduct using the same configuration as Revit was for the Fabrication parts? -
CAMDuct interfaces with Revit or is it a totally separate Autodesk product?

CAMduct Automactic Nesting Problems
I'm on the CAMduct these days, there's some problems i can't solve.

I am using Fabrication parts inside of Revit 2018, and so far things are working very well. There are 2 major issues however that I am having.
