Floor highlight in floor plan view not showing

I can't see floor highlighted when selected in some views. In one view the floor shows complete blue when selected while the other only shows the boundary. However, in 3d and/or section view I can see the element highlighted when selected.

The view on the top right looks like it is in wireframe instead of hidden line.
