autodesk material folder missing in revit 2019

I'm a Revit beginner. While using Revit I notice that Autodesk material folder was missing and not in the default position as the AEC material, so it was not possible for me to upload materials on my project. I then control if the file were correctly downloaded on my computer and they were. I have tried reinstalling Revit 2019 many times but nothing change. PLEASE HELP

Thats how it looks like for me as well.
If you click the little black triangle before the AEC Materials you should get a drop down of everything in there. I get all the materials when I do that

        Hi all,

I am currently using Revit 2018.
I have currently had missing folder in AEC materials and asset library which I could not load into the project. May I know how can I solve this problem?
        Thank you!

They should all be under: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\Materials
