Fabrication Part problems in Revit. Rectangular duct with hole/ Specification

I am using Fabrication parts inside of Revit 2018, and so far things are working very well. There are 2 major issues however that I am having.

    1. If I export the .MAJ file out to CADmep to make and adjustments or create custom parts, and import the file back into Revit then I lose the specification for the parts eg. +4W.G. A pretty important feature as it sets the gauge of material based on the specification

    2. Rectangular ducts with holes. I have rectangular ducts with holes inside the database, but am unable to change the side on the rectangular duct that the hole is on (Usually done with the "Options" tab inside of CadMep). Any ideas how to get this to work.. or why the options tab doesn't show up in Revit. I thought of creating separate ITM's with holes on specific sides, but that process seems tedious.

    Thoughts?

This is very specific to actual fab process. You may find better support at this forum: XtraCAD.com

Not trying to send you elsewhere just trying to help. We use Fab Parts but only as the old-school takeoff method and not exporting to a burn table.

No worries, thanks for the advice. I have posted the question on there and will see what comes back. I will say, that other than that problem, and having to delete the fab parts to reload the configuration.. everything has worked pretty good
