Chinese structural steel

Greetings
I did a search and found an old post back in 2013 about this same issue.However, it was not answered.
I am located in New Zealand but now need to do a structural job using steel fabricated in China.
Loading up the Chinese library is just that.......all in Chinese.
Is there an English version of the Chinese structural steel library available??
