Revit 2018.3 don't want to create any stair

Well I'm struggling with Revit 2018.3, there are a lot of things going bad since I've started to use it, today Stairs by sketch don't want to work at all.

I'm drawing a normal monolithic stair (see image) in the same way i always do by using stair command and nothing happen, I have only that Dialog box that says: Revit isn't able to create the stair and my options are : A) erase the stair or B) Redraw the stair

well I've already try to re draw the stair multiple times with no luck, I've already re draw the stair in the editor mode with no luck either, and if I try to change the stair type that don't work :banghead:

Have you seen this before? is very annoying

hi Elton, as mentioned above the stair by sketch tool didn't work, so I've created a stair by Component and then I've converted that stair into an editable one by hitting the "Convert" Button, so that way I was able to edit the sketch, I've modified the shape of the stair and finally that worked.

I guess is not the best solution but at least that can be useful for someone experiencing the same issue, best regards
