    Sections within a section

Kind of new to Revit. Can't seem to find any help to this:

Trying to create a plan view & section of a spread footing (See attached screenshot).

The section comes out fine. When I try to create a section I cant cut any in the plane of the plan. I am trying not to mix, match, and align multiple sections or view on a sheet and have it all contained within one section

    Thanks

You are going to wind up with three views....else you will need to add detail items to one of the sections. Which will suck if you have to change sizes.

I don´t know if I understand you correctly, you problem is not being able to make an horizontal section? Is that so?

If it is, then you should use a Callout. With a Callout you might use the angle that you want!

You can simply place three views in this order on the sheet. Two of them without a title.

Cut a vertical section then rotate to look down. That way you get the section mark you want.
