    Elevation bubbles and broken constraints

I have consistently found that when editing Elevation Pointers I always break associativity some how. As some point as I deal with the Pointers in the Body family, I get a warning about "Constraints are not satisfied". I can Remove Constraints and sometimes everything is actually fine, while other times the family blows up. And thus far I have not identified the culprit.
Anyone have more insight than I?
FWIW< the constraints break when moving things, but also when changing types. Which seems like it should provide some hints, as not much should really be impacting both those changes. Unless it is just a bug.

    Thanks!

      Thanks!

When the 2011 elevation body/pointer upgrade came in I was quite thrown, and my early efforts were a disaster - but I found building the variants of each from the same family, (ie. making the square one, saving it, then resaving it as a circle one, editing that, then saving) and ensuring that the same (named) reference planes were being used to dimension-associate the two together when in their nested state, kept things under control. Now, when I make an edit to one, I always repeat the exercise (whether I need/want to or not) with the other, so that way then I've kept on top of all the iterations.

Hah, I am having the opposite situation. If I start from scratch I am fine, but when I edit an existing one I often get the error. Honestly it isn't a huge deal, I just start from scratch as needed. But I would like to understand what is happening. Some day that knowledge will come in handy. If only for some sort of weird AU drinking game perhaps.
