Keynotes will not populate Keynote Legends on only 1 sheet of 40

I have never experienced this problem and I have searched Revit Forum to no avail.
I have a sheet with 2 views, a demo RCP and a modernization RCP. Both views let me keynote with my keynote tags (1 tag type for demo another for the modernization work). This sheet was created just like the other 40 sheets in the set, using the exact same keynote legends ("schedules")...but the keynote legends on this one sheet will not populate with the keynotes in the 2 views on this sheet. I've spent waaay too much time trying to fix this (deleted sheet, rebuilt with new sheet, brought in views, copied the keynoter legend from a working sheet, etc)...
I could really use some help <sigh>...thanks.

Not sure if this applies to your exact issue, but---
Do you have Dependent Views? This is a known bug. If so, uncheck and re-check Annotation Crop in the View(s) on Sheets where Keynote Legend doesn't populate.

      No effect...

Yeah, that did not have any effect. Another weird item is that it only happens on my workstation. This is a central file, and when the other 4 workstations add demo keynotes to the sheet, they populate the keynote legend. When my workstation tries to do it...no go...nothing happens. The keynotes are there (visible), but no population of the legend occurs. I've tried restarting Revit and restarting Windows...no change.
And...I can add demo keynotes to the other 39 sheets, and they work fine! Revit glitches...gotta love 'em;>

Try making a new local, then STC. Sounds like your local might be "stale".

Double check the path to your keynote file is intact.

The keynote path was not a problem. I deleted the local file as well as the backup folder on my computer...and it solved the problem. Obviously, one of those got corrupted...should've done that sooner.
            Thanks for all the feedback.

I make it a practice to have all users delete their Local Folder content at the end of every week if not day for this & a few other issues that may be solved by now, but with every new version a new possibility may arise. Also to keep then on creating a new local every time they need to open the project.

Check that all users are on the same build of Revit.

Also if some instance one corrupt / missing host keynote in the system can cause this issue.

Assume you have tried replacing the schedule.
