Looking for programmer to build customized tools

Hello all, we're looking for someone who can possibly consult with us to assist with small programming tasks to give us some extended capacity in certain areas under a subcontractor agreement. I could be wrong, but I do not believe Dynamo is a solution for some of our needs due to its scripting nature. Some communication with someone knowledgeable in this area can confirm this.
