How do you create a non-pattern curtain wall

Ive been searching on youtube and everywhere but there is no tutorial on how to create a custom curtain wall which is not pattern based. As i will be using different shapes and sizes. Like the image. How would you apply the mullions to it as well? Thanks [emoji4]

Unless you stay with curtain wall system by face, using multiple faces to get multiple grid orientations, youll be modelling custom panels (parametric or static) for each condition and custom mullions alongside to get it work in a regular curtain wall panel family. You could even just draw a bunch of profile edited single panel walls and align all the edges (don't do that).
Pattern based curtain panel is the right description for how that family type behaves. A single instance iterated over a grid. You could model a new family for each condition and place them manually (even on divided surfaces with AC's). Or just tab select a repeater placed AC and swap it out for a different type. Or even just use a flip control when your panel is a true left/right handing.
Either way you need to identify all the parameters required to get your panels working correctly, and build that into your family types. Although implementation varies, generally speaking the way a regular curtain panel family behaves compared to an adaptive curtain panel is really not that different, they both stretch to fit.
IMHO, curtain panel systems work well for concept design, which is why they were designed to work the way they do. As soon as it becomes a real project you're gonna want to work with the real thing. Size and scope of the project, modeling preferences and resourcing should tell you which way to go.
There are no stupid questions, only stupid people
