For anyone else, like me, that did not notice 
ArchVision Entourage Workshop which used to be a separate install gets installed with the 2019 Revit plug-in.
However, I have noticed that the Styles created in Revit 2018 are not applied fully unless un-applied and re-applied in Revit 2019.
