Is it possible in Revit to change the area figures on a schedule so that they give a figure that is 1% less than the actual figure? It sounds bizarre but the contractor has asked for a 1% tolerance in the NIA figures to allow for constructional tolerances and wants a schedule that gives this figure to use as a contract document.
