One Component visibility is showing correctly, other is not

I have two components that are exactly the same. One i placed in the model a while back. when i went to insert another of the same exact component (a diffuser) it is not showing the 'pattern' (louvers) on the component. Any:banghead::coffee: trouble shooting advice greatly appreciated ! Please SEE attached image !

Are they both facing the same direction? Tough to explain that...

Open the Family. Add "flip control" and save/reload into the project. You can now flip it ( mirror ) it in a plan view.

You'd have to check in plan. You can temporarily edit the view range and check.
