    New to Revit,

Can't seem to edit the tags associated to viewport in sheets, can anyone help?

I want to remove the black line and number.

To remove the line, select the viewport, press 'edit type' in properties browser and uncheck the line parameter.
To remove the number, edit the view title family, select detail number label and delete or uncheck visible parameter.

Click the View Title.. Edit Type in the properties window...pay attention to what the Title is. This is your family that you need to modify. Look for it in the family list in the project browser under Annotation Symbols. You can edit and modify the view title there.
