Duplicate sheets print after installing plugin

I have users who installed this print index plugin: https://apps.autodesk.com/RVT/en/Det...ng=en&os=Win64

This add-in seems to have messed up their PDF printing. This occurs both with Adobe PDF and Bluebeam.
If they add 4 sheets, Revit will print the 4 sheets four times, i.e. 16 sheets.

They have uninstalled the plugin, and it still occurs.
We have also tried removing the user’s Revit preferences.

Any suggestions?
