Create a Pit - piping system

Hello all,

I don't have any experience with the MEP tab in Revit but I need for a project to create the piping system and also the Pit in which the pipes will be connected in 3D. Could you please tell me or provide me any link about how I can create a Pit? I need to create a Mass?

P.S. I don't know if the terminology Pit is correct, I think that in French is 'Fosse'.
