locker family not associating with host room (2017)

i have a locker family and i would like to create a schedule that shows the lockers that are in each locker room (mens & womens.) i have created a furniture schedule and included these fields; room name, room number, family and type, mark, count, type mark. when the schedule is created the columns for room name & room number are blank. it seems as though my lockers are not associating with the room that they are located in. i have moved the room calculation point so that it is not on the ground plane and not in the center of the locker family and still no luck. i was hoping someone has a solution?
i am attaching the locker family for your review.

so i copied the rooms with the lockers into a new project and created a schedule and it seemed to work in the new file. so there is something wrong with my project file.

Are the lockers on the same phase as the rooms? (both are phase dependent)

yes they are in the same phase. I found out that I had to move the "room calculation point" in the locker family.

Ah - good catch. You probably dont actually need a room calculation point in there at all..
