How do I make my schedule have a thick line under the title but no grids?

For the life of me I can't figure this out. Our template has several schedules including the sheet list and note blocks that have grids turned on, but they use a white line type, and then there's a heavy line underneath the title of the schedule. I was trying to bring some keynote generic annotations in from another project, but it created a duplicate family type. So I had to create a new Note Block schedule, and for the life of me I can't figure out how to get that heavy line under the title. It appears I have everything set the same but I can't get that line to show up under the title, which to me simply looks nicer.

In your schedule, highlight the cell, at the top you'll see appearance. Pick "Borders". Pick your line style and apply to the cell edge.
I think this is how it's been done.

Thanks, I found this page after I posted which describes the process with Borders in more detail.
