    Project Manager classes online

    This has to do with BIM "managing". I found a micromaster program from the Rochester Institut of Technology (RIT) online , affordable also. I think the classes are good, of course only theory and academic. What I would like to ask to people who are really living in US, how is it evaluated within the work environment? Is it appreciated or nothing at all as I suspect

    Is it BIM (Building Information Modeling), or BIM (Business Information Management)? The latter will deal a lot more with data analysis & IT rather than the physical buildings. I am really only aware of the Business term because a few years ago I was invited to attend a workshop locally, and the person who invited me specifically mentioned that they wanted people with BIM experience. Little did I know it was not the BIM I'm used to

      No. That is plain Project Managing not BIM at all but since I was a "project manager" before project managing was created as a discipline it is a kind of updating for me.

        If a hiring manager is smart they will appreciate that you went to the effort of taking the classes. Whether or not the certificate is worthwhile I can't really say.

          Ooooo, and here I was aiming at "Process Analyst" for a new title, I can save money on my business cards and don't need to change all my online accounts now. Oh wait, BIMM?
