Hello!
I have a revit file from corporate and this thing is immaculate. everything is detailed, tagged, called out, and just plain pretty. Only stressful bit has been that the project is being used in two different locations (with the possibility of many more).
Because of constant adjustments and modifications from the client through CD phase, I decided to keep it as one file, rather than simply copying for each site, because once I copy it I'll have to do the exact same modifications twice. To handle the multiple sites I have used Design Options and just detailed the site in in Option 1 (location 1) and Option 2 (location 2) and just renamed the location in the titleblock. It has worked beautifully for my needs with that set-up, buuuut I've recently discovered that the project north is flipped between the two locations. With the project north flipped, Location 2 has the site plan oriented north up, but all other sheets and plans are oriented north down. Currently trying to convince client to orient site as north down, but client is particular about how they want to read drawings.
Any ideas on how I can keep the file "smart" and avoid copying and doubling modifications?
