I have received a model from arch. and i went through and created a project that i assumed was showing same levels (ie. 100', 116', 134') but when i link there project into my project the 100' that they show actually comes in at 0' can someone please help me with this issue.

This is probably because of how your base point and survey point are set up. The levels have the ability to read a height from two different points, the Survey Point and the Project Base Point. It also might be good to open the Architecture model to figure out where they have their Project Base Point. The easiest way to do this would be to set both the Survey Point and the Project Base Point at the same level that the Architecture model has it and then when you link their model into yours, use "Auto - Origin to Origin" or "Auto - Project Base Point to Project Base Point"
