    C4R markups comments lost when deleting a published model

    We had a situation where we were not able to publish a model. Autodesk Support advised to delete the published model, and then re-publish.
    Although this fixed the issue, markups were lost from the previous published model. This makes it difficult to rely on the published model for an archiving record. Hope Autodesk can fix this behavior.

    Can those be recovered from a cached file?

      Sure. That is possible. But the issue is that the information is no longer in a single source, the latest published model.
