Good luck tweaking your Export Layering for Revit Categories to track what's existing, been demoed, etc...
Had an Airport Project with 6 phases where a Sub needed "CAD" exports. I only accommodated adding Phase Created/Demoed to the Families. They where thinking, Oh & give the sub-categories/layers in the family/blocks to have different layering when exporting to give us CAD quality printing quality, LOL. I told them they Are S.O.L. as Exports from Revit are meant more for reference & not made to be turned quickly into a working CAD quality file, suckers, lol
