Hi everybody!
I’m new to Revit and I’m working on modeling the project “Feltrinelli Portavolta” from Herzog and De Meuron for an university exam. As you can see in the picture below, the structure is made of pillars with a quite particular section, which go vertical for a bit and then turn oblique, slanting in two different directions (I need to set both an azimuthal and a polar angle). How would you approach it? I was thinking about creating a family for the pillar and then using it as vartical or oblique using the specific commands, but then I’m having a bit of troubles connecting them with the glass roof. Otherwise I was trying to have a big glass box (not a roof, but inclined glass walls), giving vertical uprights my pillar profile. I know that this last option is not really correct from the project point of view, but I thought that this could work for a 1:100, 1:200 scale. What would you suggest?
Thank you in advance and sorry for the english!
P.s. The pictures below show a general view of a part of the building and the pillar section!
