Hiring a third party consultancy to help with creating you a template or library is certainly an option (we provide both of those services), but the potential costs vary wildly depending on options customization's, what libraries you are after, and so on. But, there are consultants available that do that sort of thing. Feel free to reach out via email if you want more information about the particulars that we offer, as we arent supposed to advertise on the forum.

In general, i would recommend against outsourcing the actual production of the project, only because after you get that project done, you'll be no better off than you are now. I mean, the project will be done, but you still wont have the template, or the library. You'll have fragments of both. But, if having the project done for you is of interest... We do that too.

That is not necessarily true. A number of years ago I did a few projects to help a college friend of mine during a busy time for him. he was also transitioning his office to Revit at the time. he used the projects I did (in his graphic style) as a starting point for his Revit templates. I think it help out a little >< more than just getting the project done for him.

Fair enough. Thats sort of what i meant by *Fragments of Both.* Yeah, they can do a save as, and delete all, and go in room schedules, and delete all, and (as long as the project wasnt smaller than they want the template to be) they can work their way backwards to having one... I just meant that it still isnt *ready to go* after that point.
