has anybody else experienced wall joins "breaking" when editing unrelated parts of a model? We've experienced it in several projects now on several different stations, so I'm 95% sure that we can rule out a local issue with a specific model or workstation.

I've only ever seen that when there have been complexities in the joining of a wall that spans multiple floor levels joined to one or more walls perhaps that is/are only at one level - corners can get too complex then for Revit and need breaking into simpler pieces - or as a last resort disabling the automatic cleanup of the corner.

typically walls join correctly if they share the same base and top constraints, if one goes only one story and another goes three you will see this behavior.Scott D. Brown, AIA | Senior Project Manager | Beck Group
