Can't see ceiling in RCP

Hello. I've linked an Arch file and worked on it but when i go to RCP plan i can't see ceilings,I've checked view range , VG but can't do anything, can you help me?

Yes , i can see the linked ceilings in 3d view..

Check linked view of your architectural model

did you check your view range? also check and make sure they ceilings aren't on a workset that is off, or that link is turned off or ceilings in that link are turned off in that view.
