ı just started using revit and wanted to know how can we draw plumbing pipes or hvac ducts in a building? or we draw lines and assign them cross section geometry? if so how? ı saw no command or button to draw pipes.

There's a whole section of the Ribbon devoted to MEP. Do you have a Tab called "Systems"?
If not, next question is what version of Revit are you using?
Earlier versions did have a whole separate install for the MEP part, but those are probably completely obsolete by now.
Assuming you have a recent version of Revit, you may need to turn on the Systems tab.
Go into the "Big R" (2017 & older) or the "File" menu (2018). There's and "Options" button in the lower right.
In the Options, go to User Interface & on there you'll see checkboxes to turn on the Ribbon for each discipline.Dave Plumb
