Inside walk line.

Hi.
I have U shaped stairs in Revit and I have question about them.
There is a parameter Inside Walk Line Offset which I set to 40 and Minimum Width on Inside Walk Line (read only) that shows 25,03 but in model the distance is shorter than 25. How can I control that?

Is your stair a winder type? I thought that setting applies to those only? Here's a help section on the features.

Stair bottom part with weird "tooth"
