Export Finish Plan to PDF, pattern overlapping though walls

When making floor finish patterns in Revit (Finish plans), the floor pattern bleeds into the walls (see attached). This only occurs when printed to PDF. In Revit, it looks perfectly fine.

Extra Details: The finish pattern is attached to the room, under Properties: Rooms --> Identity Data --> Department

When we adjust the room boundaries, it's still a problem. I am guessing its a bug within Revit, but I am not sure. Any ideas?

Is that a material on the floor, or a Color Scheme (I hope it's not a Filled Region :hide: )
If it's a Color Scheme, is it in the ? Looks like its in the Forground

It is a color scheme and it ins in the . Not a filled region (that would be a mess)

Only time I know this happens is when the View's Graphic Display is set to Wireframe instead of Hidden Line.
