Quick answer, No.
Revit is WYSIWYG. If you see it on the screen, it'll plot.
That said, there are a couple of exceptions and an Add-In that could help.
The exceptions are Reference Planes and View references (Elevations & Sections) that are not on a Sheet. But I doubt that's what you're asking for.

You can make a linestyle that you turn off with a view template for example in the view you want to print.
Revit is 'what you see is what you get', so a none printable line would be invisible in the view you are printing.
