content not loading during install is a common problem. See this for helpOriginally posted by oghenais1 View Post
edit: and if by elevation cameras you mean elevation markers (the box with a triangle at one to four sides) then you need to check Visibility/Graphics (type VG) then go to Annotation tab and make sure that Elevations is checked
