    Change PBP elevation?

I've got two 9 story office buildings fully modeled with curtain wall. I received an email from the Contractor this morning that says "due to FEMA requirements the Architect is changing the PBP elevation from 0'-0" to - 1 1/8"". And goes on to ask all of us subcontractors working in Revit to do the same. In my mind, if I change my PBP elevation to -1 1/8" to match the Architect's models all that does is just raise the project up in 3D space 1 1/8". Floor to floor differences are not changing so my Level 1 that was +45" is now +46 1/8" and all other levels above are also 1 1/8" higher. I see no issues with doing this but wanted to check with those that have more experience with project coordinates than I to make sure. Am I missing anything?

or just move PBP unclipped up 1 1/8"?

So....I was just told last week that all levels of the high-rise over the Ground Floor need to be lowered by 1" at end of SD. So I raised the Ground & Basement (parking) levels up by 1", then unlocked the PBP; selected the "Relocated Project" tool & moved it down by 1", then I moved the unlocked PBP back up to match Ground level & locked it up again. +20 levels with Unit groups & stuff gave too many issues (was developed before they hired me, so I had patched it up with best practices but still too messy for my standards & other happenings going on to fully spruce it up, but I digress), & every few floors it was a different plate/layout. It worked like a charm.

If one wants to move the building level datums up then the PBP must be moved down. At least that's what happens in my testing. Unclip the PBP, change the elevation value to -0'-1 1/8", reclip the PBP, STC and the levels are all 1 1/8" higher than before. I know how to do this. What I wanted to know is: are there any pitfalls or gotchas that are going to happen because I did this

(at least to my knowledge) no pitfalls as long as you're not moving model elements, levels are just referencing SP and PBP, i assume "relocate project" is also not moving model elements
