    Adding two parameters in family

    Hello,
I am trying to add a parameter to my labels in my scene switch family, I am having to group the label and annotations of the family together so i can add offset type parameters. i also already added veritcal and horizontal type parameters to the family so my labels will flip around depend on what side the family is hosted to. my problem now is, i need my label to be a type parameter for the switching so i can change the text in the properties in my project. is this even possible. all help is appreciated thank you!!

Do you want to switch between preset tags for the family (i.e: One type will have "Scene 1" as a tag, another will have "Scene 2" as a tag...etc), or are you looking for the text in the tags to be editable within the project?

I found that just using tags instead of labels is what is going to work best. I was trying to edit families that were created prior to me working in revit. I am still semi-new. but have convinced the office tags are the right way.
